TIMOTHY SCHMIDT
Timothy Schmidt’s passion for construction began at a young age, growing up alongside the worksite and learning the industry from the ground up. Over the years, he gained experience in a variety of roles before returning to the family business, where he worked his way through every level of the company. Today, as President, Tim leads BSSI with the same commitment to quality, integrity, and excellence that defines the company. His energy, hands-on experience, and focus on sustainable growth reflect his dedication not only as a leader but also as a husband and father supporting his family.
